My Child at School (MCAS)

My child at school is a user friendly app and is now available for all parents/carers to access.

The MyChildAtSchool app (MCAS) will allow you to do the following:

  • Send and receive messages to school
  • Receive letters from school
  • View your child’s daily attendance (including punctuality)
  • Pay for items and top up dinner money. Including trips and viewing outstanding amounts to pay.
  • Request changes to your details such as changing your address by using the data collection form.
  • Viewing your child's timetable and most up to date report

We no longer use ParentPay so all parents must sign up to the MCAS app. If you have not received your Username or Invitation code please contact school either via Email or Telephone.

MCAS offers you the freedom to make online payments whenever and wherever you like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - safe in the knowledge that the technology used is of the highest internet security available. We hope that everyone will benefit considerably from this facility.

The importance of keeping your accounts in credit and timely payment enables the Academy to provide quality lunches and services to our families.

How to sign up to MCAS?

1) Ensure school have your most up to date email address

2) Download the My Child at School App to your smart phone or by using a pc/laptop/Ipad (www.mychildatschool.com)

3) Go to parent login

4) Enter the email address and password

5) if you have no password, select forgotten password

6) this will create a link sent to your email address registered

7) follow the details on the link, when a password has been created return to the login screen

8) Enter your email and password
