Student Leadership

At Oasis Academy Oldham, we aim for our students to be as involved and engaged with their own education and Academy as possible. We want their ideas and achievements to be celebrated, creating a real community feel amongst students and teachers alike. 

Our Student Leadership Team, led by our two Student Principals, help to shape life at the academy. Their input, thought and discussion is a fundamental part of academy-life.

As Jim McMahon, our local MP noted, “The real eye-opener for me, however, was the maturity of the Student Council who asked me a number of questions. They weren’t afraid to take me to task and engaged well."
