Well done to our Year 10 hospitality and catering pupils who have create some fantastic and tasty desserts.
We are so glad to get back to practical lessons.
Our students made cream tea ice cream with home made jam, scones swirls, Eton mess ice cream with home made jam and meringue. The also made their very own brandy snap baskets to serve the ice cream in.
They produced some fantastic work and they also practiced their plating techniques too - check out the video!
The best bit was the tasting test and they all tasted delicious!
